ok, i think me'z getting the second wind. i'm feeling better about my life and things in general. i've quit smoking, (gained some weight cause of it of course, but a good trade off), getting more focused at work and spending my time wisely. i've moved into my new space at work and i dig it. i get a window with a view of a really really densely leafed tree... i see shapes of kinds tarting in and out of view, between the cracks and gaps of branches. sometime i think i see a monkey jumping from one limb to the next only to find out it's a co-worker walking by. the best part is the spacious deskspace and oh the shelves behind me.

i sure was a cute kid...

the most common reaction i get from people after looking at this picture is "man... what happened to you?"

finally...a new post

sorry bitches that i have not updated my blog. i just say that trying to make you feel uncomfortable with your never ending "demandingness" (if that's even a word) although that's not the issue at all, rather it's my own laziness, shiftlessness, and apathy that has really (and i mean REALY) been the reason why this blog for what ever its worth has not been updated. So, why the change? Why have I decided the update this site? Well... have i really updated it? Have I really added anything new? Oh shit, here i go again, shifting the blame. Ok. I'm updating this blog. I really am. I'm adding something new.

linux is fun but life is boring

i'm bored every day. the only enjoyment i have is my laptop. i fiddle around with linux, do research, try to get things working and then i'm bored again. my writing bores me. my pictures bore me. i want to go to bed. i'm bored and i'm boring and i'm borin and i'm bored. surrounded by low rumbling rumbling rumbling the same rumbling. maybe i'll go to the rado, maybe i'll head to the coffee shop. maybe i'll just stop thinking about it and i'll suddenly find myself mindlessly driving home behind you or in front of you or all the way across town from where you are now or you are tomorrow or had just been 5 minutes ago. look at me. don't i look bored?
