everything is just so far away

you know what i mean, like everything is more than just out of reach, it feels really far away. i'm not even sure how i'm breathing the air around me or how i am able to feel my clothes. how does my shoe stay on my feet as i walk. i'm swimming in a either in a body of warm water and if i screamed right now as loud as i can ever imagine myself screaming the world would snap back and and my skin would feel so tight and i wouldn't be sitting here right now.
